A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PERFORMANCE BOND
REDUCTION FOR POST LANDING IN SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $118,799.00
is being held to insure that subdivision improvements are
installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements, and,
WHEREAS, the progress of the work has been such that the
value of the uncompleted work is $83,799.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the performance bond may be reduced to a value of
$83,799.00.
