A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT CONCERNING PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED; AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
DISCLAIMER FOR THE PORTION OF SAID
EASEMENT TO BE VACATED; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Tim Lynch, agent for Boynton West
Corporation, has requested the abandonment of a portion
of a public utility easement; said property to be vacated
is hereinafter described; and
Wq~EREAS, comments have been solicited from the
appropriate City Departments; and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held before the
City's Planning and Zoning Board on November 12, 1986,
and the City Commission on November 18, 1986, on the
proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS, based on the foregoing information, the
portion of the public utility easement which is hereby
abandoned no longer serves any useful purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CO~HISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1: The City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
by and through its City Commission, does hereby vaca=e
and abandon for public utility easement, pu'rpcs~s.a piece
of certain real property located in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, to wit:
That part of the 6 foot utility easement
lying on Lot 64, Block "B" THE MEADOWS
300 PLAT NO. 1 P.U.D., according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
43, Pages 58 - 62, inclusive, public
records, Palm Beach County, Florida,
that runs parallel with and is
contiguous with the Westerly line of
said Lot 64, LESS HOWEVER, the North 6
feet thereof.
Section 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the
attached Disclaimer and cause the same to be filed in the
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 3: This Resolution shall
immediately upon passage.

KNOW ALL ~RN BY THESE PRESENTS that the City of Bo!rnton
Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation, under the laws of
the State of Florida, does hereby ~abandon and disclaim for
public utility purposes the following described property,
Situated and located in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
That part of the 6 foot utility easement

3'00 PLAT NO. I P.U.D., according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
