A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
HIGH RIDGE ROAD EXTENDING SOUT~ H FROM
N.W. 22ND AVENUE TO THE BOYNTON CANAL
WITHIN THE QUANTUM PARK OF COMMERCE PID
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF INTERSTATE
95, BETWEEN MINER ROAD EXTENDED AND THE
BOYNTON CANAL, SAID PROPERTY BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN;
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DISCLAIMER FOR SAID PUBLIC
STREET; PROVIDING THAT THE ATTACHED
DISCLAIMER BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, Fitzgerald & Sheehan,
P.A., agents for Quantum Associates, has requested the
abandonment Of the hereinafter described public street; and
WHEREAS, comments have been solicited from the
appropriate City Departments; and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held before the
City's Planning and Zoning Board and City Commission on the
proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS, based on the foregoing information, said
public street no longer serves any useful purpose.
NOW, T~RREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OFT HE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1: The City of Boynton Beach, Florida, by
and through its City Commission, does hereby vacate and abandon
for public.street pur_poses certain real property located in
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, to wit:
Ail of High Ridge Road lying South of NW
22nd Avenue as depicted in Road Plat
Book 6, Pages 151-154, of the Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the attached
Disclaimer and cause the same to be filed in the Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

KNOW ALL MEN BY T~IESE PRESENTS that the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation, under the laws of
the State of Florida, does hereby abandon and disclaim for
public street purposes the following described property,
situated and located in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
All of High Ridge Road lying South of NW
22nd Avenue as depicted in Road Plat
Book 6, Pages 151-154, of the Public_-
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
