A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN
QUIT-CLAIM DEED CONVEYING PROPERTY
TO BOYNTON WEST CORPORATION, A COPY
OF SAID DEED BEING ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT 1; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that:
Section 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute that certain
Quit-'Claim Deed conveying certain property to the
BOYNTON WEST CORPORATION, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit 1.
Section 2:
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED
This Resolution shall take effect

QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, made this day of
· 1987, A.D. between THE C~'TY OF BOYNTON
BEACH,. a political subdivision of the State of Florida and
having its principal place of business at 120 East Boynton
Beach Boulevard, Boynton Beach· Florida 33425· hereinafter
~alled the grantor· to the BOYNTON WEST CORPORATION
hereinafter called the grantee. '
WITNESSETH, that the grantor, for and in consideration
Df the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said grantee forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
grantor has in and to the following described lot, piece or
parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of
Palm Beach, State of Florida, to-wit:
