A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
CATALINA CENTRE, PLAT NO. 2 IN SECTION 19,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a cash performance bond in the amount of
$56,807.00 has been received to assure construction of the
improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid including the
administration fee of $1,136.14,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The final plat for Catalina Centre, Plat No. 2 is
hereby approved.
