A RESOLUTION TO RELEASE A $7,332.00 BOND FOR
RESTORATION FOR FILLING PER~¢IT FOR THE POST
LANDING P.U.D. AS PLATTED ON SHEETS 191 and
192 in BOOK NO. 54 OF PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a $7,332.00 restoration bond was posted for
restoration of public or private property in connection with
filling the building site for the Post Landing P.U.D., and,
WHEREAS, the above said fill work has been completed
without damage to public or private property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT. IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City Council in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, does hereby approve the release of the $7,332.00 bond.
