AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62r9 OF SAID
CITY BY GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE':TO PERMIT
CONSTRUCTION OF MEDICAL CLINIC ON LOTS 8 AND
9 PINE CREST SUBDIVISION, BOYNTON BEACH, PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR
SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSt~S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The re is hereby granted a conditional use for
purposes of construction and use of the following-described property for a
medical clinic:
Lots 8 and 9, PINE CREST SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, recorded in Plat Book 24,
Page 153.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing. Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
