AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER, LOCATED
IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA., FROM ZONE R-iA TO
ZONE C-2; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVI2IONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
S__ectio.nt: The following described parcel shall be rezoned from
Zone R-lA to Zone C-2:
That part of the West 167 feet of the South 162.5 feet of the
Northwest one-quarter of the Southwest one-quarter,
Section 22, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, lying East
of area presently zoned Zone C-2, less highway right of
way.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability:. Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable,, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become ~ffective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
