AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING LOTS 12 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE,
BLOCK 15, BOYNTON HEIGHTS REVISED PLAT,
BOYNTON BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM ZONE R-l- TO ZON~ R-2; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:

Zone R-1 to Zone R-2:
The following described parcel shall be rezoned from
Lots 12 through 16, inclusive, Block 15, BOYNTONHEIGHTS
REVISED PLAT, according to the plat lhereof on file in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
County recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 64.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
~ection 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portio~
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charler and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.~-.
