AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORID~,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, BY RE-
ZONING LOTS 10 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, AND LOT 32,
BLOCK 2, LAKE BOYNTON ESTATES, PLAT BOOK 13,
PAGE 32'14 PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS, FROM ZONE
R-1 TO ZONE C-i; PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITYCO~I:U ~'C. IL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following parcels shall be rezoned as follows:
Lot 10, Lot 11, Lot 12, Lot 13, Lot 14, Lot 15, Lot 16, Lot
17 and Lot 18, and Lot 32, Block 2, LAKE BOYNTON
ESTATES, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, as
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 32, public records Palm
Beach County~ Florida, to be rezoned from Zone R-1 to
Zone C- 1o
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portio
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affecied
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3.: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby
granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 5: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
