AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL USE OF LOTS 34,
35, 36 and 37, BLOCK 18, ROLLING GREEN FIRST
ADDITION, PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 86, TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF CHURCH AND RELATED RELIGIOUS
ACTIVITIES; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AUTHORITY TO CODIFY,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: A conditional use to authorize construction of a
church and related religious activities is hereby authorized upon the
following described property:
Lot 34~ Lot 35, Lot 36 and Lot 37, Block 18, ROLLING GREEN
FIRST ADDITION, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 24,
Page 86, public records Palm Beach County, Florida.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shalll be amended accordingl-
Section 2: Separability~ Each of the provisions of the Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portio~
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All Ordinances or parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: AuthoriTy to Codify: Specific authority is hereby
granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 5: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effeciive in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinanc~
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
