AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY REZONING THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF LOT 3,
ALL OF LOTS 4, 5 and 6, AND THE ]EAST 50 FEET
OF LOTS 11, 12 and 13, CENTRAL pARK, PLAT BOOK
12, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS PALM BEACH COUNTY,
TO ZONE C-2; PROVIDING FORA SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned as follows:
The South 15 feet of Lot 3, all of Lots 4, 5 and'6, and the
East 50 feet of Lots ~1, 12 and 13, CENTRAL PARK, as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 12, public records Palm
Beach County, Florida, to be rezoned to Zone C-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability, Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if
any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealin..g Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the tirne provided by the Charter and
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
