FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY RE ZONING PORTION OF SECTION 22,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER, AND
4, 5, 6, 7 AND 8, INCLUSIVE,~I~ CENTER,
LOTS
PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FROM ZONE R1A TO ZONE R2;
PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
IN ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcels shall be rezoned as follows:
Parcel No. 1: West one-half (1/2) of South one-half
(i/2) of South one-half (1/2) of South one-half (1/2)
of NW one-quarter (1/4) of SW one-quarter, (1/4),
Section 22, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, subject
to right-of-way of Dixie Highway (U. S. No. 1), tess
West 150 feet thereof, Palm Beach County, Florida,
to be rezoned from Zone RIA to Z~ne R2.
Block i,
Parcel No. 2: Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8,/CIVIC CENTER,
a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 68,
Palm Beach County Records, to be rezoned from
Zone R1A to Zone R2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended
accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if
any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or paris
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
