FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 2-4 3 OF THE ODDE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, BY PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION'FOR
THE CITY ENGINEER TO BE SET BY THE CITY
CO~CIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Section 2-4.3 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach., Florida, is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2-4.3. SAME - COMPENSATION.
Compensation for the office of the city engineer shall
be established from time to time by the city council.
SECTION 2: Repealing Provisions. Ail ordin~ ces or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter
and ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
