O67-19O IN CE 67-/9 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 13f18 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, BY PROVIDING THAT LANDS WITHIN THE CITY SHALL BE KEPT FREE OF TRASH, FILTH AND WEEDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: Section 13-18 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach· Florida is amended to read as follows: The owners of lands within the City shall keep the same free from any accumulation of trash or filth· broken tree limbs or branches, uncontained garbage or refuse, any containers or materi~ which could hold or conceal pools of water, other matter which may cause disease or affect the health of the inhabitants of the City, and the owners of said lands shall keep down, by cutting or mowing and removing same, all excessive growth of weeds or other noxious )lants which may harbor rodents, vermin, snakes or noxious insects. Ne existence of any of the conditions enumerated in this paragraph is hereby declared to be a nuisance. SECTION 2: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances'or parts oJ ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH· FLORIDA. FIRST reading this ~ day of ~/~. , 1967.
