AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF
SAID CITY BY REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND IN
SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43
EAST IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
R-1 TO R-2A; PROVIDING FOR A SAVING CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS AND AN EFFECTIV~DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned from
R-1 to R-2A and the official zoning map of the City chall be
amended accordingly:
Lets 157, 158, 159 and 160, ARDEN PARK,
as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 96,
Palm Beach County records.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing provisions. Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter
and ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
