AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ~MENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62~9 OF
SAID CITY BY REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND
IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 4S SOUTH, RANG~~
43 EAST tN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA[~'~
FROM R-3 TO C-l; PROVIDING FOR A SAVING
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned from
R-3 to C-1 and the official zoning map of the City shall be amended
accordingly.
The West 200 feet of the North 620.8 feet
of the South 650.8 feet of N.E. 1/4 of
N.E. 1/4 East of U. S. Highway No. 1, less
right of way, Ac. Section 33, Township 45
South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of thi~
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence,
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing provisions. All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and
ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA. Ii
