AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINAN:CE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY REZONING A PAR~CEL OF LA~D IN LOT 3
OF LAINHART' S SUBDIVISION IN PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM R-1 TO R-2A; PROVIDING FOR A
SAVING CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned from
to R-2A and the official zoning map of the City shall be amende~
accordingly:
LOT 35 OF S/D OF LOT 3 OF LAINHART'S S/D AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 915, PAGE 976, PALM
BEACH COUNTY RECORDS.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION 3: Repealinq Provisions. All ordinances or part
or ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and
ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
