FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. '62~9 OF SAID
CITY BY REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND~INii~SECTION
33, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST IN PALM'
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
VIDtNG FOR A 'SAVING CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS
AND Jif4 EFFECTIVE DATE.
~E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rez'Oned from
R-S to C-1 and the official zoning map of the City shall be amended
accordingly:
The North 650.8 feet of the N.E. 1/4 of the
N.E'. 1/4 of East of U.S. Highway No. 1, Sec. 33,
Township 45 South, Range 43 East, and Lots 1
and 2, West of FIND canal right of way located
in Section 34, Township 45 South, Range 43
East, Rousseau's Subdivision.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence
and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the'remaining
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions, Ail ordinances' or parts
or ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effe~ctive Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and
ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
