'67- 3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH GP~NTING A CONDITIONAL USE PURSUANT TO SECTION 38-8 (A) (31) OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF TRAILERS ON A PORTION OF LOTS 22, 23, AND 24 SAM BROI~N JR SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 81, PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That a conditional use to authorize trailer sales on the following-described property is hereby granted: A parcel located in the easterly portion of Lots 22, 23 and 24, Sam Brown Jr. Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 81, Palm Beach County records more particularly described as: Begin at a point 90' west of F.E.C. Rail- road right of way on the south boundry line of Lot 22 run north at an angle approximately $45', East 208', South 345', west 90' to P.O'.B'. SECTION 2: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and ordinances of the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. First reading this 6th day of February , 196 7. Second, final reading and passage this 20th day of February,A.D, 1967.
