AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 66-15 OF SAID CI. TY.,
PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONAL USE ON LOTS 7, '8,
9 AND 10, BLOCK 3, LAKE BOYNTON ESTATES,
PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS PALM
BEACH COUNTY, TO CONDUCT AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR;
FURTHER PROVIDING REPEALING PROVISIONS, A
SAVINGS CLAUSE, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 66-15 of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, providing for conditional use of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10,
Block 3, LAKE BOYNTON ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 32, public records of PaLm Beach County,
for automotive repairs, heretofore enacted by the City Council is hereby
rescinded, repealed and declared to be null and void.
SECTION 2 - Separability,:. Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence,
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion
shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3 - Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4 - Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
