ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY,
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE TO AUTHORIZE
CONDUCT OF TRAILER SALES ON LOTS 125, 126,
127 AND EAST 30 FEET OF LOTS 128 AND 129,
LAKESIDE GARDENS, PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 57,
PALM BEACH COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH'. PROVIDING
A SAVINGS CLAUSE, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a conditional use to authorize trailer sales on
the following-described property is hereby granted:
Lots 125, 126, 127 and the East 30 feet of Lots 128
and 129 LAKESIDE GARDENS, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 57, public
mecords Palm Beach County, Florida, said property
being presently zoned Zone C-1.
Subject to the following provisos:
1. That the house presently located on the above-described
premises be removed by the owner within a twelve-month period from the
effective date of this Ordinance; and
2. That the owner provide for drainage flow to the west, prior
to the utilization of subject property for the above purpose.
The official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly
to reflect the above.
SECTION 2 - Separability:. Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3 - Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4 - Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
