AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION
i5-i 1 OF THE COI~IFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH PERTAINING TO QUALIFICATIONS
OF APPLICANTS FOR OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES:
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, A
SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIV~ DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That sub-section (1) of Section 15-11 of the
codified ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pertaining
to qualifications of applicants for occupational licenses, which sub-
section reads as follows: "1. Be acitizen of the United States or a
declarant therefor, as authorized by law. ", be, and the same is,
hereby repealed, revoked and nullified.
SECTION 2. Repealing Provision: All ordinances or part of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Authority to Codify: Authority is hereby granted
to codify and incorporate this ordinance in the City's existing code.
SECTION 4. Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase, or sentence,
and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 5. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided for by the charier and
ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
